Is your Legacy Internet Service down right now?

You’re our customer, and Legacy works hard to provide you with the most reliable Internet connection possible. We take outages very seriously and when they do happen we want to get you back up to speed ASAP.

We are currently experiencing intermittent outages due to severe weather in the North Texas area.  These outages will subside when the storms pass.  We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

What to do if there’s not a network outage

If you don’t see an outage alert in your area, your service disruption may not be caused by a network outage. In that case, you can turn to our Troubleshooting Tips or Tech Support FAQ pages for more info with easy to follow troubleshooting assistance.
