Legacy ISP SMS Notifications Policy
Legacy ISP, LLC provides customers with important account and billing notifications via text message (SMS). These messages may include payment reminders, past-due alerts, card expiration notices, and payment confirmations.
Opt-In and Consent
Customers can opt in to receive text message notifications when signing up for service online, over the phone, or by enabling SMS notifications in our customer portal at cp.legacyisp.com. By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive important account and billing updates from Legacy ISP.
Additional Disclosures: By opting in, customers agree to receive text messages from Legacy ISP related to account and billing notifications, including payment reminders, past-due alerts, and card expiration notices. Message frequency may vary based on account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Customers can opt out at any time by replying STOP or by visiting our customer portal. Example of Opt-In Disclosure Language
Within the customer portal, customers can enable SMS notifications for their account. When this option is selected, the following disclosure is displayed:
“By enabling text message notifications, I agree to receive important account and billing updates from Legacy ISP at the mobile number provided. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”

Messages are informational only and sent solely to maintain account and payment status. Message frequency varies by account activity. Legacy ISP does not send promotional or marketing content via SMS.
Opt-Out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. To resume receiving messages, reply START. You may also opt out by visiting our customer portal at cp.legacyisp.com.
You can also reply with any of the following keywords to stop messages: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.
